Brent crude trading lower at $89.57/bbl

Crude oil futures on Tuesday declined 0.48 per cent to Rs7,204 per barrel as participants trimmed their positions on low demand. On MCX, crude oil for October delivery fell Rs35 or 0.48 per cent to Rs7,204 per barrel with a business volume of 3,748 lots. Globally, West Texas Intermediate crude oil was trading 0.20 per cent lower at $86.49 per barrel, while Brent crude was trading down at 0.09 per cent to $89.57 per barrel in New York.
